RND offers full-service and end-to-end content enrichment solutions. Capable of handling Project Management services for Books and Journals, RND assumes complete responsibility of the production and execution of projects, right from establishing initial contact with the author and publisher to the delivering of final print products and electronic deliverables.
The RND Project Manager is the liaison between RND and the publisher. RND has an exclusive Project Management team with experienced project managers, dedicated to handle the production requirements of their respective customers, who assume the responsibility for verifying and ensuring the quality of the deliverables to meet the client’s expectations. The Project Manager ensures the deliverables are correct and meets the time expectations, every time.
It is the Project Manager at RND who directs production of his projects and ensure that they are completed on schedule, and within the budget. This means working closely with the internal teams at RND to manage the flow of work as efficiently as possible, from initial job setup, scheduling, routing, and planning to final delivery. Between every stage of the production process, the Project Manager reviews the quality of the work before passing it on to the next stage of production and finally to the client.
Being a Project Manager at RND requires keeping in contact with the client to ensure that their expectations are being met at all and every step of the way, and if the expectations are not being met, either clarification regarding those expectations or finding a way to meet them becomes a part of his role, apart from guiding and monitoring production to avoid costly mistakes and rework. No work would leave RND if the Project Manager has not verified and approved its quality in meeting the client’s expectations.
